FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers to the questions we hear most from enterprise teams.

How long does a pilot take?

Most pilots are live within 6–10 weeks. We scope tightly, start with your highest-value use case, and build for production from day one — not a demo that needs rebuilding later.

How soon can you start?

We can typically kick off within two weeks of agreeing on scope. The first step is a short discovery session to understand your data, systems, and the decision you're trying to improve.

Do you work on-premise?

Yes. We deploy on your infrastructure — cloud, on-premise, or hybrid. Data sovereignty and security constraints are things we plan for upfront, not after the fact.

Can you work with our existing AWS setup?

Absolutely. Our stack is built on AWS and we integrate natively with your existing services — S3, RDS, Lambda, SageMaker, and more. No rip-and-replace.

Do you have plug-and-play products?

We have proven solution patterns — AI decision chatbots, support automation, monitoring platforms — that we adapt to your data and workflows. Faster than building from scratch, but genuinely tailored to you.

What data do you need to get started?

Whatever you already have. We've worked with structured databases, spreadsheets, ERP exports, and live API feeds. The discovery session maps what you have to what's possible.

How do you handle data security?

We follow enterprise security standards throughout — encrypted in transit and at rest, role-based access, and no data leaves your environment unless you explicitly require it.

What does engagement look like after the pilot?

Most clients move to a production rollout or expand to a second use case. We stay involved for handover, training, and ongoing support — or hand off cleanly to your team if preferred.
